After being there for a year, I was about 100 in line so no way in hll I was getting tables. When I started they would rotate what sections girls would get, so one day you would get a table section, another a slot section and another would do breaks ( a mix of slots and tables) this way girls had a chance of making money once I was leaving, after a yearish, it became whoever had seniority would get table sections, which are the only real sections where you can make money. When I first started it was 6 months into them being open, naturally they had around 200 or 300 girls already hired.
